What is your shipping policy?
The shipping cost varies depending on the item and shipping location. The shipping cost is not included in the price of the item and will be provided within two business days of your purchase and charged separately.

What is your return policy?
Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee are at customer’s expense, unless the product was damaged in transit.
If product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Do you offer a trade program?
Yes, we offer a trade program to eligible designers. Please contact us at hello@pryorandpeacock for more information.
Do you accept custom commissions?
If you're interested in something on our site that has sold— or if an item you love is not quite right for you— reach out to us. We would love to work with you to create something similar (but uniquely yours). Or, if you have a print that would make a fabulous piece of furniture, we're game. It might be perfect on one of the pieces of furniture in our inventory, or we are happy to search for just the right thing.
